Ocean Supreme AS offers, in addition to salmon from our main supplier Alsaker H-111, salmon from selected medium size farmers along the coast ensuring stability and traceability regardless of possible seasonal and market variations throughout the year.  Our selected farming partners know the challenges of working with airborne salmon and the demand for time accuracy to reach deadlines that come together to result in a Sashimi-grade Salmon.
